Probably my favorite in the room. This seems like the kind of hospitality group that people generally only start after a substantial exit under their belts - given the real estate ownership, gut renos of old homes, etc.

This article is particularly interesting ! I love the founder's visionary perspective on market trends. They indeed fill a niche with a wide target - I'm 21 and could offer myself a night in Domaine Fontenille in Marseille last year, whereas my 88 years old grand-mother also love to book her week in their properties from time to time. Brilliant !
