Hi everyone,

Happy Friday.

The response to last week’s debut of The Stanza Classifieds continues to floor me. Several of the responses to the boutique hotel in Ibiza I shared were from very experienced hoteliers, real estate developers, and family offices with great track records. I’m pleased to continue sharing interesting new deals below, including another hotel in Ibiza (and have more in the pipeline).

In today’s newsletter:

  • What’s next for the era of consumer retailers that were fueled by VC’s that prioritized growth over profit?

  • NeueHouse and the “hotelization of offices”

  • Kith Ivy.

  • How can hospitality brands collaborate in a friendly yet accretive way?

  • Why do developers overpay for sites?

Santa Eularia, on Ibiza's eastern coast, is known for its family-friendly beaches, while still being 15 minutes from Ibiza Town. For sale: 5-acre estate in St. Tropez with sea views.

The estate comprises 5 beautifully renovated & furnished detached villas, a fully equipped gym, several swimming pools, tennis courts, and more. This property is an opportunity for an experienced luxury villa operator to drive rental yield with more efficient distribution. The estate has recorded €430,000 per week during the peak August season for less than 100% occupancy. Pricing guidance: €140M.

Inquire here.

**Please note that only qualified buyers will be contacted due to the volume of inquiries.**
