Investment opportunity: Ultra-luxury hotel & branded residential development in downtown NYC

An experienced real estate developer with a 25-year track record in executing successful luxury hospitality projects is seeking to raise the remaining $50M in equity required to develop a 350,000 SF hotel, branded residential, and members club project in downtown Manhattan. The project comprises ~150 keys and ~60 residences, both of which will be flagged by one of the world’s best high-end hospitality brands. Of the total project cost, 65% LTC debt is being secured, and 80% of the equity has already been circled.
